Faith Holland was born in New City, NY in 1985. She graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Media Studies in the Spring of 2007 after completing her undergraduate thesis titled Lovers' Discourse: A Visual Feminist Re-interpretation of Roland Barthes' A Lover's Discourse. Her artistic interests include digital culture, beauty culture, and appropriated materials. Currently she is attending the School of Visual Arts in the MFA Photography, Video, and Related Media department and is expected to graduate in Spring 2013. Her work has recently been shown at Elga Wimmer in New York, Videoholica in Bulgaria and will be shown at Streaming Festival in the Hague, Netherlands and Milan, Italy and Videomedeja in Serbia.
